How do I add another form to my site?

Unfortunately, if you have a Generation I or Generation II Hybrid Flash template, we can't build this into your site.

But if you are computer savvy you can build a form out in html with the form processor in php and upload it to your hosting (in the public_html folder) via ftp.

Once up you can use an external link to link out to it at yourdomainname.com/form.html

Some further information on html forms can be found at:

Some great form creators can be found at:

And, we have additional MachForms resources available here: http://www.portfoliositez.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=179

*Note that the Flexsitez template can utilize plugins to create forms (see our recommendations here: http://www.portfoliositez.com/support/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=440) and HTML5 templates have built in custom form creators!*
