My site does not appear in the browser.

Before you email us please make sure you check the following:
  1. Make sure your domain has been renewed (don't forget it needs to be registered yearly).

  2. Make sure you have not missed a payment with us. If you have, e-mail us (billing@portfoliositez.com) and we will make sure you get back online after you have sent your payment.

  3. Check the News category on our support main page (http://portfoliositez.com/blog/category/news). There is a possibility our servers are updating or are down, when this happens we will put it in our blog as soon as we find out.

  4. If it is not the domain or a missed payment and we do not have it on our blog, please notify us, so we can rectify the problem as soon as possible.  You can contact us via email support@portfoliositez.com or via your client area https://www.portfoliositez.com/clientarea/submitticket.php
