HTML5 templates - Custom Forms

The new HTML5 templates make it simple for the user to create custom forms, like testimonial submissions, quote requests, etc., via the Edit Site Menu and Section Content > Edit Forms area of the sitezadmin.

To create a new form, simply enter the Form Name, and click CREATE NEW FORM

Once you have created the form, you can click the Edit icon to customize its content.

On the following page, you will want to enter your email addres, so that all form submissions are sent to your inbox (we HIGHLY recommend the use of a domain based email account), add a section image, and enter Pre and Post Form Text, which are simply little 'notes' to those who will be sumbitting the form.

You can then add fields and elements, one at a time, using the Single Line Text Field, Mulit-line text, Checkbox, Radio Buttons, and Select Menu options.

As you build your form, you will see something like a "live preview" below, allowing you to get an idea of what your front end will look like :)

Make sure you click SAVE FORM CHANGES when you are done, mark the form Visible (green) on the edit forms screen, and ensure that the form is where you want it, and visible (green) on the Edit Menu screen!
