Flexsitez - uploading error
Posted by - NA - on 14 September 2011 01:43 PM
If you are experiencing the following error when uploading images to your Flexsitez template:

“yourphotoname.jpg” has failed to upload due to an error
The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/username/public_html/flexsitez/wp-content/uploads/2011/09.

This is an indication that your disc space may have been maxed out.

The best way to free up disc space is to delete any old proofing galleries from your sitezadmin, that you are not using anymore.

If this is done, the proofing galleries need to be deleted from the sitezadmin BEFORE the client is, this will ensure that all the old proofing gallery files are removed from your files.

Also, if you have OLD templates remaining (from template switches, etc.) please consider having us delete them.

If you are an Entry or Standard level account holder, your disc space limits are lower (250MB on Entry and 1000MB on Standard), and you may want to consider an account level upgrade, which can be ordered through your client area here: https://www.portfoliositez.com/clientarea/clientarea.php

If you are a Premium level account holder, you may also order additional hosting here: https://www.portfoliositez.com/clientarea/cart.php?gid=4
