Not receiving New Client Inquireis from the contact section on the site

Due to increased security on our servers, the only email address the contact form (on ALL templates other than the Flexsitez) can send to is an email address that you set up on the cPanel connected to your domain name (ie. info@yourwebsite.com).

You can forward these forms from your domain name email to another email address in the Forwarders section located under the Mail heading of your cPanel. Please note that this will forward all email from that address and not just the contact form emails.

If you are only wanting to receive the contact emails at your forwarded address, We suggest that you create a new email account in the cPanel that will only be used for contact form emails (ie. contactforms@yourwebsite.com).

The use of 3rd party email accounts for the contact form such as gmail, hotmail, yahoo, aol, et., is strongly discouraged,  as it can cause the contact form emails to not be received.

Also, changing the MX records for your email to point it to another company's mail server will cause the same issue while your template is still hosted on our servers.

Here is a tutorial on how to create a domain email in your cPanel:
