How to see the logins for your clients' saved favorites

**NOTE: This article applies to Generation I templates ONLY**

The sites were not designed to show the saved favorites logins in the sitezadmin. If you need to see your client's saved favorites and don't want to ask them for their login there is a way to see them in the database itself, however we don't recommend doing this unless you have intermediate or advanced computer skills.

To manually access your clients saved favorites:

1. log into your CPanel and click on PHPMyAdmin
2. click on the database that is for your template (usually named username_templatename)
3. once that database is expanded click on the FavoritesSaved table
4. on the right hand side the table options should have appeared, click on 'Browse'
5. this will display the saved favorites in a list where you can see the usernames and passwords. It may not have displayed all of them so above the list you'll see how many entries were returned out of the total amount.
