Changing the card your payment is deducted from

If you have a PayPal subscription/ automatic payments the card will need to be changed through your PayPal account or you will need to open a new PayPal account and let us know you would like to make the change via ticket. Anytime you change billing info with PayPal they will cancel any subscription created with the old card. If this happens we will simply have you resubscribe. Resubscriptions will not affect your site and you will not have to pay the setup fee again.

If you have a subscription/ automatic payments that directly bills your credit card and would like to change your card, you will need to add your new card to your client profile with us. To add your credit card to your account with us login to the client area (http://www.portfoliositez.com/clientarea/clientarea.php). Once you are on your main page, click "My Details" in the yellow menu bar. In the grey options bar you will see an option to "Change Credit Card Details" add your credit card and click save changes.  When this change is made we need to be contacted at billing@portfoliositez.com so we can manually make the changes to your subscription.
