Logging into your cPanel

You can use your CPanel hosting admin to add email, create ftp users, check stats, and much more. You DO NOT need to use the CPanel admin to edit your template. All template edits can be done directly from the sitezadmin.

You can log into your cPanel two ways either through your domain plus /cPanel or using the address we give you in your Welcome Email, i.e. (this could be an ip address as well in which case it would look like or - this number will vary - check your welcome email for exact number)

Once your domain name has been pointed to our server, it is BEST to always access your cPanel using your domain name, as the IP address for the server can change at any time, leaving you unable to access the cPanel at all.

The correct format for accessing the cPanel with your domain name would be:

Enter your user name and password as it is in your Welcome Email

Personalize your password by clicking on the "Change Password" icon on the start page.

If you have additional questions about the functions within your cPanel, please contact!
