images show as question marks on the mirror site

Whenever any new images are uploaded you will need to visit the phone mirror site settings page in the sitezadmin (sitezadmin->edit settings (tab) -> edit phone site settings) and click the 'Generate Phone Size Images' button at the bottom of the page. This will generate images sized the the max height and width set in the phone advanced settings.

Another cause for the question mark appearing is if the image has any special characters, including spaces, in its name.

If the Advanced Settings area is blank in the Edit Phone Settings Area, please submit a support ticket - your template needs to be updated.

I am trying get the photos to populate on the phone side of the site. Unfortunately, I am getting the question marks on the phone. When I went to the phone settings, there isn't a 'Generate Phone Size Images' button. There is an area called 'Advance Settings' but that area is blank and there is no option to fix anything in there. Any help here would be very appreciated.
