SUPPORT HOURS:
We are currently open Monday-Friday from 9:00 am MST to 5:00 pm MST. We are CLOSED holidays and weekends. We do, however, monitor our servers after hours for any issues that may arrise.
SUPPORT OPTIONS:
We currently do not offer phone support (we are a small team) but are proud to offer one of the best support teams in the industry. We can answer all questions and handle all issues via our support ticket system. We answer all tickets within 1 business day, however we usually answer tickets MUCH faster then that.
Tickets can be sent in by emailing info@portfoliositez.com, sales@portfoliositez.com, or support@portfoliositez.com. You can also submit tickets with additional info from our client area using your client area username and password.
REFUND POLICY:
Setup fees are non-refundable. We will refund the first months service fees if site is cancelled within the first 30 days of purchase. If an owned license is purchased and we cannot get the site to function properly on the server a full refund will be given, otherwise owned license fees are non-refundable.
