Pricing
There are two options to choose from: leasing services or individual template. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PAY FOR BOTH.
Leasing Services: Our leasing service comes with the template of your choice, full CPanel hosting, email addresses, ftp access, and much more. The service comes with everything BUT the domain name which needs to be purchase prior to purchasing the service with us. The benefit of choosing the service is that you get to switch templates as often as you like for the $20 setup fee each time. This allows you to have a low start up cost and not be stuck having to make a large investment again when the site is outdated.
Individual Template/Owned License: If you have already paid for hosting then this is probably the option for you. With an individual template you own 1 license to the template to be installed on the server of your choice (that meets our requirements). This is a one time payment only; there are no additional monthly or yearly fees. You can not do template switching with this option. If you ever wanted to replace your template you would need to purchase it outright again.
Which is right for you? If you think you'll keep your template at least 1.5 years then the individual template purchase ends up being the cheaper option, otherwise the leasing service ends up being the most cost effective solution.
Leasing Service Breakdown
All services come with hosting, email, full CPanel access, and a template of your choice. The biggest differences between the services are the amount of space and bandwidth received. All templates come with a set of core features such as:

In addition to the core features standard and premium services will include 1-2 extra features. Any templates purchased outright will receive all premium template features.

Owned License Breakdown
Instead of doing the all-in-one leasing service that allows you to switch templates with just the setup fee you can purchase the templates, blogsites, and/or shopping carts outright. This means you would own 1 license to the site that does not expire or have recurring fees. We would install the product on the server of your choice that meets our requirements. Any owned license products are non-refundable once installed. If for any reason we can't get the product to work on your server you will receive a full refund. Below is the cost of each product:
