As many of our clients know, our customer service is very important to us, because of this we have a couple of quick announcements.
We want to let you all know that we officially have our own YouTube channel. Here you will find videos on how to use each aspect of your admin. You can access our channel at:

We are constantly adding new video tutorials to this site so if you learn visually it would be a good idea to bookmark this page.
We would also like to ask that everyone with support questions use our support ticketing system rather than emailing us directly. This will insure that as our volume of questions increase you will get a response as quickly as possible, as both Jen and I will receive your request. You can access this by going to our support page and clicking 'Submit a Ticket' or simply click on this link:
