How We Do What We Do
Our clients have expressed how happy they are with the quality of our product, the service they have received, and how they are surprised that we can offer our services at such a low price. Others have asked if there is a 'catch', assuming that there are some hidden costs we are hoping to get. The truth is, we are lucky enough to have a combination of talents that work perfectly for this industry. Unlike some of our competition, who have to hire others to build and maintain their products, we are able to do everything ourselves from the designing of the sites to the programming of the state-of-the-art admin. In addition we have both worked in customer service related fields; we understand the importance of good customer service and the individual client commitment required to ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
The other part of the equation is that we are not looking to become millionaires overnight. Our costs are low and our prices reflect that savings. We have both been in the position of the customer and see no reason to overcharge our customers, especially, when they are the ones who allow us to remain in business. We take pride in our work and we are excited about the upcoming years when we will have 40+ templates to offer all kinds of professionals with the most innovative features available on the web!
Stay tuned this week as we start highlighting client sites that have launched- you'd be surprised how many different types of professionals our sites work for! We are also in the works with our next template which we feel will be a pleasant surprise, especially for those of you who can't decide between an elegant flash presence and a quick and easily accessible html site ;-)
